Who we are?
Peace and Hope is an interdenominational association part of the Evangelical Alliance Graz. Staff from different churches and organizations work together here to serve migrants and refugees.
Our goal is to help people regardless of their cultural or religious background, making God’s love visible through practical action.
In addition, we aim to provide a welcoming space where people can connect and build lasting relationships.
For those interested in Christianity, we offer opportunities to learn more about the faith and support new believers in their journey with Jesus.

Our Vision
We want to see many refugees and migrants in the Graz area become devoted followers of Jesus.
We focus on integration, discipleship, and multiplication among both migrants and Austrians to achieve this.
The house serves as a place to live and meet others in line with this vision.
Our Mission

I am the God who loves the strangers – therefore you too shall love the strangers.
cf. Deuteronomy 10:18–19
Throughout the Bible, we find many instructions and commandments on how we as believers should treat people from other countries who live among us.
As Christians, we see it as our clear mandate and a vital challenge to meet these people with God’s love, making a meaningful contribution to society.
Numerous passages emphasize the importance of providing practical help to migrants and refugees and supporting them in their needs.
(Deuteronomy 14:29; Deuteronomy 16:11; etc.).
Especially today, when the general mood towards migrants is often negative or marked by fear and uncertainty, God’s Word calls us to act differently.

Furthermore, Jesus gave us a specific mission: to reach people from all nations with the Gospel and to make them disciples:
„So you must go and make disciples of all nations.“
Matthew 28:19
This gives us the opportunity to share the Good News with people from many different countries, right here on our doorstep.
At the same time, this is a significant challenge we face and a direct command from Jesus that we must follow.
