How We Work

To reach people from many different countries, our work focuses on the following key areas:

Integration

We help internationals gain a foothold in Austria and build an independent life.

We want to create opportunities for encounters so that Austrians and migrants can get to know each other and build relationships.

We provide practical assistance with authorities, housing matters, language learning, and more.

Internationale sollen das Evangelium hören, zum Glauben an Jesus Christus kommen und zu hingegebenen Jüngern werden.

Internationals should hear the Gospel, come to faith in Jesus Christ, and become devoted disciples.

We want to help them find a home in a local church and become integrated there.

Lived discipleship through one-on-one mentoring, ideally with someone from their own church.

Through multiplication, we aim to recruit more staff to reach (more) internationals more effectively.

We want to teach, encourage, and train internationals so that they can make disciples of others.

We actively support the creation of new communities where internationals can grow in their responsibility to disciple others.

We want more churches to share the vision of integrating internationals into their congregations (moving from mono- to multicultural churches).

Additional staff members from various churches are being recruited and trained for this work.
