Relationship Building

A key factor for successful integration and for people newly arrived in Austria to truly find a sense of belonging is the opportunity to build good relationships.

Many migrants and refugees come from cultures that are very relationship-oriented and therefore often suffer from how cold and distant our Western society can frequently be.

That is why a very important part of our work is consciously investing in relationships and building friendships with people.
